- This Prize Promotion Notice sets out the details of the ‘Southampton Newsletter Sign Up Giveaway’ competition (the "Prize Promotion") being run by Bongo’s Bingo (UK), company number 09858266 who’s registered office is Shua Ltd T/A Bongo's Bingo, CONTENT, Stanhope Street, Liverpool, L8 5XJ (“Our”, "Us" and "We")
- The Prize Promotion is subject to these terms and our general terms and conditions for Prize Promotions ("Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions"), which can be found at: bongos.bingo/competitiontcs
- The Prize Promotion will be run through Instagram (instagram.com/bongosbingo), Facebook (facebook.com/bongosbingo) and Newsletter subscription (bongosbingo.co.uk/subscribe)
- To enter the Prize Promotion, you must be:
- a resident living in the UK;
- able to comply with these terms and all the Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions;
- Able to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Bongo’s Bingo (“Event”), which can be found at: https://bongosbingo.co.uk/legal/terms-and-conditions/
- at least 18 years old;
- To enter the Prize Promotion you will also need to subscribe to the Southampton Newsletter (or already be subscribed) by SATURDAY 03/07/21 at 09:59am.
- The Prize Promotion will commence on FRIDAY 02/07/21 at 10:00am and end on SATURDAY 03/07/21 at 09:59am.
- The “Prize” is 4 general release tickets to Bongo’s Bingo in SWITCH Southampton on 24/07/21 a table reservation and a bottle of Prosecco. The Prize is picked at random and The Prize cannot be sold or exchanged for another Prize. There is no cash alternative. If for any reason The Prize is not able to be fulfilled, We are under no obligation to provide the Prize and no alternative Prize shall be available.
- There are TWO Prizes available. One per social media platform.
- If you are a winner of this Prize Promotion ("Winner"), you will be notified within one week following the prize draw, via email, and advised on how to collect the Prize. Please note that if you do not respond within 48hrs, Bongo’s Bingo reserves the right to select a different Winner. By entering the the competition, you are giving permission for your data to be passed on to the relevant Event Team to whichever Event you have won tickets for. This will be for Prize fulfilment only and not used for Marketing. Your data will be exchanged in a GDPR compliant way.
- Any permitted companions of the Winner must be aged 18 or older.
- Proof of identification may be required to claim the Prize.
- This Prize Promotion is a Prize Draw as defined in the our general bongos.bingo/competitiontcs
In the event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice and the terms outlined in our general Prize Promotion Notice Terms & Conditions, the terms of this Prize Promotion Notice shall prevail.
