FAQs
TICKETS
We do offer complimentary carer tickets for customers with a disability who require full-time support and possess an Access/Companion card. Please contact us here at least 7 days before the show so that we can arrange this for you.
At Bongo's Bingo we often throw items such as glow sticks, balloons and Coco Pops into the audience and therefore, we cannot guarantee that our show will be free from certain allergens such as latex and gluten. If you are worried about coming into contact with an allergen at one of our shows, please get in touch with us here at least 7 days prior to your arrival and we can advise.
Please drop us an email at info@bongosbingo.co.uk if you have any enquiries regarding accessibility. We are happy to make reasonable adjustments, such as table reservations. Please state the location and date you are attending. Note: You will need to provide evidence of the access need such as a PIP letter, doctor's note, appointment letter or Blue Badge. This is to ensure that we have enough accessible tables for all customers who require these and that our events as accessible as possible :) For accessibility enquiries at Manchester Albert Hall and CONTENT Liverpool, please contact the venues directly via accessibility@alberthallmanchester.com or info@contentliverpool.co.uk and they will be happy to assist.
Tickets are released approximately two months before the events take place. You can sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of this page to be the first to hear about our dates announcements, new locations, and ticket releases.
We don’t allow tickets to be pre-booked to give everyone a fair chance at buying tickets.
We can’t commit to individually informing people when tickets come on sale due to the vast amount of requests we get each day. Once tickets come on sale, we announce the new dates via social media and also send out emails to customers who have subscribed.
We do not supply guest list tickets to any customers who have been unable to get tickets through our own website.
Please note, we only sell tickets via our official website and our app. We cannot take any responsibility for fraudulent tickets purchased via third party platforms such as Skiddle or Eventbrite. Please do not purchase tickets from other customers via social media platforms or Facebook groups due to an increase in fraudulent sales.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable in line with our terms and conditions agreed to at the point of purchase. We do offer a discretionary 24 hour refund to credit period to customers who have made a mistake with their booking. If you have booked for the wrong date, time or location please drop us an email at info@bongosbingo.co.uk within 24 hours and we can issue credit to your Bongo’s Bingo account.
A typical Bongo’s Bingo show will last for 3 - 3.5 hours from the first game of bingo. This can vary slightly due to the number of false calls during the show.
A very small percentage of people may experience a seizure when exposed to certain visual images, including flashing lights or patterns that may appear in our shows. Even people who have no history of seizures or epilepsy may have an undiagnosed condition that can cause these “photosensitive epileptic seizures” during the show due to our lighting and production. These seizures may have a variety of symptoms, including lightheadedness, altered vision, eye or face twitching, jerking or shaking of arms or legs, disorientation, confusion, or momentary loss of awareness. Seizures may also cause loss of consciousness or convulsions that can lead to injury from falling or striking nearby objects.
If you'd like to know more about door times, ID requirements, what to wear and what you can't bring (among other things), you can find a full list of pre-show information here.
TABLE RESERVATIONS
For September 2026 shows onwards, a limited number of table reservations are available to book as part of the standard booking process on site. Once table reservations for any show are sold out, the remainder of tables will be on a first come, first served basis the night of the show. Should you have an access need, a free special access table will be available to reserve by getting in touch with our Customer Service team here
We have seating available in all of our venues but allocation is on a first come, first serve basis (unless you have specifically booked a table reservation when booking). Any large groups that arrive closer to the start of the show are not guaranteed to sit together, depending on available space at the time of your arrival. This also applies to any of our venues that have multiple tiers. Customers are generally seated on the ground floor first and then allocated seats on the upper levels. We recommend that you arrive as close to doors opening as possible if attending in a large group to give you the best choice of seating.
Please contact the venue directly regarding table decorations/balloons as there may be restrictions. Please note, you will not be allowed into the venue early.
Table reservation locations will vary from venue to venue but will be guaranteed to be in a prominent area of the venue making sure that you have one of the very best seats in the house.
Unfortunately, no. The table reservations guests must all be included as part of the ticket purchase. Any guests who are not tied to a table reservation ticket will not be permitted to sit on the particular table that has been reserved.
No. If you have purchased a table reservation in a block of four, all four tickets are automatically appended to your own ticket. You do not need to assign these tickets individually and your ticket will be valid for up to four guests on the door.
